Based in Oceanside, at Namastoney, I provide top yoga classes for almost everyone: young and old, ladies and gentlemen, I am yoga experts, beginners and anywhere in-between. My classes are active, stimulating, hot and sweaty, and yes, fun. The result is a better you a more mindful and healthy version of yourself that can achieve anything you desire. I offer a range of styles of yoga at my stylish studio, so you’re sure to find one to suit you. My most popular classes are Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic practice that will have you moving around the mat in a fluid sequence. I also offer calmer Hatha and Ashtanga styles, as well as restorative Yin Yoga, in which each posture is held for between 3 and 5 minutes. Each style has different benefits, from relaxation to weight loss why not try them all to find what suits you?
The classes I run are dynamic and follow a sequence of postures that aim to improve both flexibility and strength. Every class I offer includes breathing exercises and practices, periods of long relaxation and asana positions. It doesn’t matter if you are new to Yoga or have years of experience, I promise that every student will receive individual care and attention that is suited to them.
